Get invitation letter
We welcome all international visitors to join Beautyworld Taipei in Taiwan. If you require an invitation letter from the organiser for your visa application, please follow the steps below:
- Register for Beautyworld Taipei.
- During the registration process, select “Yes” for the option “Apply for visa invitation letter.”
- After completing your registration, please send an email to secutech@taiwan.messefrankfurt.com to request the invitation letter.
- The Beautyworld Taipei team will contact you within 3 working days to confirm the required information. Please provide the necessary documents accordingly.

Visa Facilitation under the New Southbound Policy
Buyers or visitors from Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam, covered by Taiwan’s New Southbound Policy, may be eligible to apply online for the ROC (Taiwan) Travel Authorization Certificate.
To be eligible, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- The applicant’s passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival in Taiwan.
- The applicant must hold a valid onward or return air/ferry ticket.
- The applicant must not have previously worked in Taiwan as a blue-collar worker.
In addition, applicants must hold at least one of the following documents issued by Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, any Schengen country, the United Kingdom, or the United States:
- A valid resident or permanent resident card
- A valid entry visa (electronic visas are acceptable)
- A resident card or entry visa that has expired within the last 10 years prior to the date of arrival in Taiwan

E-Visa
Eligible candidate could apply, pay and get the E-Visa all on-line within a week, without any in-person interview or detour. Visit E-Visa Application Page
E-Visa application fee is USD 60 and is valid for 3 months starting from the issuing date. Visa holders will be allowed to stay 30 days from the date of entry
